Billing
 We participate with Medicare and a number of managed care plans. If we are a participating provider for your insurance plan, then we will file it with the proper agency. Payment at the time of service is expected if we are not a participating provider with your insurance plan. Many insurance plans require a copay at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Bank Debit Cards in addition to cash or check.
Referrals
Please inform us if you were referred by another physician so that we may report the findings to that physician promptly. It is up to the patient to ensure that any necessary referral process is completed before any visit.
